A leading AI Company is looking for a customer support team leader.
● Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints.
● Technical analysis and debug of system failures and errors.
● Working closely with Sales, Product and R&D teams.
● Keep track of customer expectations and recurring issues.
● Follow up with customers after resolving their issues.
● Lead and scale support operations.
● Take part in infield deployment of our system at customers’ sites.
●Electrical/Computer Science engineer.
● 3+ years of experience in customer support engineering (at least Tier 3).
● Experience with the Linux environment.
● Experience with HW product support advantage.
● Availability for flights from time to time.
