A leading AI Company is looking for a customer support team leader.

Responsibilities:
? Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints.
? Technical analysis and debug of system failures and errors.
? Working closely with Sales, Product and R&D teams.
? Keep track of customer expectations and recurring issues.
? Follow up with customers after resolving their issues.
? Lead and scale support operations.
? Take part in in­field deployment of our system at customers’ sites.
 

דרישות:

?Electrical/Computer Science engineer.
? 3+ years of experience in customer support engineering (at least Tier 3).
? Experience with the Linux environment.
? Experience with HW product support ­ advantage.
? Availability for flights from time to time.
