A thriving software company in the SaaS industry, is looking for Tier 2 Support Analyst.

• Service-oriented approach


• 2-3 years of experience as a Tier-2 production support or QA in a customer-oriented company that delivers web based applications – must!
• Experience in team management system (TFS/ JIRA) and ITSM service suites (SysAid, ServiceNow).
• Experience in testing responsive web applications (websites with data entry) on multiple browser environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of MS SQL – other query language.
• Knowledge of JSON, XML and HTML.
• Knowledge server level logs.
• Knowledge monitoring systems (Splunk, elastic and PRTG).
• ITSM process and methodologies experience (ITIL or other).
