Support Engineer

We are looking for a Support Engineer  to join us


• Experience in International Technical Customer support 
• Managing customers tickets and providing E2E support based on customer SLA
• Experience with SaaS product
• Experience with a cloud-based environment
• Experience with working with AWS
• Knowledgeable with network and web debugging tools
• Knowledgeable in networking (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, etc.)
• Knowledgeable in Databases – MongoDb and MySQL
• Knowledgeable with cross platform (Web browsers/iOS/Android)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• To be Fluent in Hebrew and English
• To be a Team player with a Can-do approach
• Willingness to work non-regular hours from time to time
