A leading medical image company looking for a Service Application engineer

• Resolving issues and identifying potential solutions while providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers and internal stakeholders
• Prioritizing and managing multiple issues from multiple customers on multiple products and platform, all at the same
• Provide detailed feedback following escalation coverage to an escalation owner
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders and ensure that they are well informed of the progress and plan
• Meet with customers to educate and train d proper clinical usage of company products


• At least 3 years of experience as a Support Engineer/QA Engineer
• Clinical and educational experience in medical industry is a big advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail oriented and a proven ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must have the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and summarizing manner, both in written and verbal form.
• Must take initiative to self-educate on product in conjunction with provided training
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Being proactive
• Being a team player
