A leading international broker technology vendor located in haifa is seeking a Head of Success.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the strategy and execution of the Customer Success team to support the adoption,
.expansion and renewal of customers.
• Hire, retain, and grow Customer Success managers within the team.
• Develop and communicate key measures of the team by defining the leading indicators to successful 
outcomes of each customer journey.
• Develop executive relationships with customers by participation in exhibitions and other key activities.
 
 

דרישות:

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Head of Success / Sales Manager from online companies – Must.
• Knowledge of development life cycles.
• Experience working with international customers.
• Experience in participating and answering RFPs- big advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
