A leading company that develops information security platform is looking for an Escalation Manager-Tier 4.
In this role, you will work as part of the customer-facing escalation management team
and provide highest technical support (T4- including Code) to the company customers.
- Vast experience managing and scaling development teams and R&D teams.
- Experience with B2B products, continuous delivery, and customer-experience design.
- Ability to manage, track, identify risks and challenges ahead of time, and oversee technical coordination in a matrix environment.
- Fluent English, verbal and written.
- Education in Computer Science/Exact Science.
