  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages being a plus)/
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
  • Positive, self-starter attitude with absolute willingness to go the extra mile and exceed expectations
  • Flexibility for travel up to 20%


  • 3+ years experience as Customer Success Engineer in Storage/Security/IT companies- a must
  • Strong technical background in storage/ cloud services
  • Excellent customer facing skills: presenting, training, coaching, discussion management
  • Strong consulting and project management skills, with proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers, including the ability to interact with customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
  • Advocate internally for customer needs to ensure they are recognized within CTERA – be the technical voice of the customer
  • Proven track record of managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions
  • Partner with sales on accounts planning and new opportunities
  • Existing knowledge or experience with storage/cloud/security products
