A High- Tech company located in Petah Tikva is looking for an  Office Manager 
She will take ownership and manage administrative and day-to-day operations, provide executive & HR support, project based tasks, and routine maintenance of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to all employees, including the Management Team
Office's Ongoing management, purchasing, dealing with suppliers and external factors, fluency activities in front of the finance department, manage invoices, Travel arrangements- booking flights and hotels Payments to vendors and so on.
• HR assistance- carrying out social welfare activities, assistance in the absorption of employees, recruiting, employee’s attendance follow up and more…
• Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
• Monitor's office operations and maintenance
• Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
• Work closely with the company’s local and international suppliers and service providers 


• Previous experience in a similar role –Big advantage 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (Hebrew & English) 
• Fast learner and adapts well to a changing environment
• Customer-service orientation
• Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
• Maintains staff confidentiality
• Working knowledge with MS Office applications 
• Full time position
